New to Xplor Studio and don't know where to start? We've created a checklist to help you navigate creating your account!
We recommend completing Steps 1-4 first. This will ensure your account is built! These steps will have your overall profile/settings created, packages/classes built, and your Studio schedule created.
Step 5 is when you will add clients to your Studio. Please note, that when you add clients to your studio and give them access to book classes, they can book immediately.
Onboarding Checklist!
We aim to ensure you are comfortable with the platform and feel confident with your setup. Alright, let's get started! ๐ค (feel free to print this list or keep this list up as a reference)
Step 1: Settings (roughly 15 min)
Account - Fill out your Account information - address, timezone, etc
Branding - Upload your personalized business logo, color branding, etc
Member Area - turn on available features, waivers (which can include a required digital signature), questionnaires, etc
Clearent Payments - skip this until you are ready to launch your account and get paid! Connecting with Clearent requires a paid subscription to Studio. But once you connect to Clearent, you can get paid by your Members. The timeline depends on you and your business.
Invoicing - what data do you want to include on the invoice, tax info, etc
Notifications, Template, and Other - we recommend reviewing these tabs but coming back to fill everything in.
Step 2: Services (roughly 20 min)
**If you are migrating over from a different platform, review the import steps here.
Add Packages - Create your packages which are a set of classes or appointments you can sell.
Add Membership - Create your memberships - you can define your own duration/term of classes or appointments to sell.
Add Retail - If you are interested in selling items - you can add shirts, protein, etc, that you sell at your Studio. Members can buy any of these items on the browser or the app!
Step 3: Services Part 2 (roughly 20 min)
Create Class Template(s) -Go ahead and create your Classes! Here you will list duration, frequency, class limit, etc!
Create Appointment Template(s) - Go ahead and create what appointments you want to make available for Members.
Add Classes to your schedule - finally, you can create your full schedule. Go to the "Schedule Tab"to add your classes.
Step 4: Add Staff (roughly 5-10 min)
Add Staff - If you have multiple staff, you can add everyone on your team!
Set Staff Rates - set up payroll
Set Coach Availability - if you or your staff have certain availability
Add Appointment Booking(s) - learn how staff can book an appointment - check out our drag-and-drop feature!
Step 5: Add Members (roughly 10-15 min)
Add Members - you can add members manually or bulk upload through a CSV file to save time! (interested in sending an activation email?)

Step 6: Additional Settings
Member Settings - review your settings to make sure they reflect your goals
Invoicing (Settings > Invoicing) - create automated receipts
General Settings (Settings > Other) - review overall settings
