How do I add members to my Studio?

Find out all the ways to add a Member to your Studio

Studio Owners can add members in a few different ways. Below we will review all the ways you can add member(s) to your studio.

Note: Choose the option that works best for you and your business.


Manually Add a Member

Step One: Go to Members > select "+":

Step Two: Complete the mandatory fields, marked with an asterisk *. You have the option to fill out the other fields as well but they are not required to save the account.

Step 3: To set up access to the member portal, click the toggle next to Member Login and enter their email. From here you can either send an activation email (this includes a link to create their password) or set a custom password for the member to login with.

Step 4: Click Save so the member is created.

Bulk Import Members

Step One: Go to Settings.

Step Two: Select Import Data.

Step 3: Fill out the CSV file with your member data. You do not have to fill out all fields. The only mandatory items are first name, last name, email, and if you want to send an activation email to all your clients (an email for the member to join your studio) make sure to have Member Login listed with YES.

Step 4: Upload the CSV file.


Manually Send A Link

Many Studio owners will do this if they are sending a mass email through MailChimp or another platform. You can send the hyperlink within the mass email so users can select the link and sign up for your studio on their own.

Step One: Go to Settings

Step Two: Select Member Area

Step 3: Select the Link next to the Member Area Website

Step 4: Use that link to send to Prospective Clients!


QR Code

Using the QR code is a great feature if you are out and about at a coffee shop wearing your branding (shirt) and you meet someone interested in joining your Studio. You can easily have the QR Code saved in your phone so you can pull your phone out and the prospective member can scan the QR code with their phone and sign up right then and there!

Step One: Get your personalized QR Code.

Step Two: Make sure to save the QR in your phone!
