Importing data can be daunting and we will do our best to make it as smooth and easy for you. Using our Import Tool will guide you through importing members, services, and packages.

It's important to understand what data we are able to import before getting started.

STEP 1: Export your data from the other platform. Every system is different and some are easier than others to export information. Here are a few guides to help. If you are unsure, reach out to your previous provider.

STEP 2: Click Settings > Import Data

STEP 3: Choose the type of import. If you are simply uploading basic member info (name, email, birthdate, etc.. we suggest using our bulk import tool)

STEP 4: Download our CSV Import File. You'll need to add your data to this spreadsheet!.

STEP 5: Copy & Paste your data from your previous platform onto the Studio CSV Import File.

STEP 6: Upload the CSV Import File into the system.

STEP 7: Map your Member Data. During this step, you will map the columns in your spreadsheet to information in Studio.

  • TIP: Check every column! Checking for accuracy when importing is a crucial step for success after import.

  • You will notice two sections under Studio Property:

    • Choose or create a property: Click this to choose the studio property to map the export file column to, Create a custom property in Studio or choose to not import that column.

    • Will not import: If there isn't a potential match in studio, it will default to "will not import". Click Edit to Choose or Create a property.

STEP 8: Click Finish Import
