With memberships, you can define your own duration/term of the membership and allocate a set number of sessions/classes which can be used.
If you have a Payment Integration active, then you can also link memberships to automatic recurring payments.
Step 1: Go to Services > Memberships
Step 2: Click the "+" icon in the top right to add a new membership:
Step 3: Fill in the details for the membership:
Membership Name: Member-facing name of the membership
Membership Description: Member-facing description of the membership
Membership start date: automatically uses global setting but you can change to different days for this membership
Membership Duration: (optional) Does this membership expire after a certain period of time?
Membership Category: Select the category you want the membership to be displayed under! You can select "Manage Membership Categories" to create/edit existing membership categories. For example, Group Classes, Personal Training, Semi-Private Training, etc.
Price: Set how much the membership costs for each payment interval
Setup fee: Will this membership have a setup fee a customer will pay?
Billing day: What day will this membership bill on?
Tax: Will this membership be tax inclusive, exclusive, or have no taxes?
Number of Appointments: How many appointment sessions does this membership give access to? Select "unlimited" if there is no limit.
Number of Classes: How many class sessions does this membership give access to? Select "unlimited" if there is no limit.
Allow Online Purchasing: Can members purchase this membership via the online store or mobile app?
Rollover: Do you want this membership to roll over into another package or product after it expires?
Discount: (optional) Create discounts that members can use towards a purchase. You can limit the number of uses per member.
Trigger Email: (optional) Create a customized email that automatically gets sent to a client when they purchase this membership.
