After adding in your staff members, it's time to set up your payroll! It is important to note that Studio reports on how much money each staff member is owed, but it will not pay your staff members directly.
Step One: Go to Settings > Staff
Step Two: Select a Staff Member > Pay Rates
From here, you can enter the following (only enter the fields that are applicable):
Class Rate: The coach's rate for a single class. If they have multiple rates for different classes, you can override their default class rate on the class template.
Session Rate: The coach's rate for a single appointment session. If they have multiple rates for different sessions, you can override their default session rate on the session template.
Hourly Rate: The hourly rate for a staff member. Note: this is for front desk attendants, cleaners, or any other hourly staff. It is not intended for coaches.
Class Assistant Rate: The rate for this staff member when added as an assistant to a class. If they have multiple rates for different classes, you can override their default class rate on the class template.
Services Rate: Set a commission rate on services sold by this staff member (i.e. 10% for every membership they sell).
Salary: If salaried, enter their salary and payout frequency for payroll.
When you are finished, click Save!
Trainer Rate Overrides:
If your coaches have different rates for different services & appointment types, you can override their default rates directly on the schedule!
When adding an appointment or class onto the schedule, scroll to the bottom & select "Set Trainer Rate Overrides":
