Xplor Studio's Chat feature is a great way to send messages to customers easily. The Chat feature is more of an instant message where users can only message one member, whereas the Messages feature is similar to an email. You can send mass emails in Messages.
How to send a Chat:
Step 1: Click the Chat Symbol in the bottom left corner
Step 2: Click the + symbol in the top right
Step 3: Search for the Member and Click on the Member Name
Step 4: Type your Message & Press Send
Important: If you want to be alerted when your member responds, toggle on the Desktop Notifications option.
