A package is a set number of appointment sessions and/or classes that are purchased in bulk. Follow along below to get started with this setup.
Step 1: Go to Services > Packages
Step 2: Click the "+" icon in the top right to add a new package:
Step 3: Fill in the details for the package:
- Package Name: Member-facing name of the package 
- Package Description: Member-facing description of the package 
- Package Category: Select the category you want the package to be displayed under! You can select "Manage Package Categories" to create/edit existing package categories. For example, Personal Training, In-Body Scans, Nutrition Consults, etc. 
- Tax Inclusive: Is this product tax inclusive or exclusive or no tax? 
- Number of Appointments: How many appointment sessions does this package give access to? Select "unlimited" if there is no limit. 
- Number of Classes: How many class sessions does this package give access to? Select "unlimited" if there is no limit. 
- Package Duration: (optional) Does this package expire after a certain period of time? 
- Allow Online Purchasing: Can members purchase this package via the online store or mobile app? 
- Discount: (optional) Create discounts that members can use towards this product. You can limit the number of uses per member. 
- Trigger Email: (optional) Create a customized email that automatically gets sent to a client when they purchase this package. 
Agreement: If you make customers sign an agreement with this package, you can choose to require a digital signature here.
