When you are closing the gym for a holiday, you want to ensure no one can book any classes or appointments on your schedule! To do this in the system, you will first need to manually cancel classes for that day. You can choose to leave the canceled classes on the schedule or you can remove them so the day is empty on the calendar.
After the classes have been canceled, head to your Settings > Member Area > Appointments. Enable that appointments can only be booked with your permission so no one can book on that day unless you approve. After the holiday, you can switch it back so anyone can book again.
