Once you set an auto-campaign live, the campaign will start to track the number of metrics for you to provide key insights into the success of your campaign and how clients are interacting.

Campaign Stats

There are three different metrics your campaign will provide surrounding clients that are entering into the campaign due to qualifying for an entry rule and exiting due to meeting your campaign goals.

In Campaign

The In Campaign metric denotes the number of clients currently still in the auto-campaign. Some of these clients may be earlier on in your campaign and still receiving messages, while others may have been in the campaign for quite some time and are no longer receiving messages but never met a goal to be removed.

All Time

The All Time metric signifies the total number of clients that have been in this auto-campaign, all-time. This includes clients currently in the campaign, as well as those who have met a goal and exited.

Met Goal

The Met Goal metric represents the number of clients who have met a goal for this auto-campaign and exited. These clients are no longer receiving messaging from your auto-campaign.

This metric is also displayed as a percentage to provide a conversion rate to you. This can be especially insightful when your campaign is intended to convert clients in some way, by getting them to buy something or visit, for example.

Note: You will only see this metric if you have included a goal in your campaign. If you have not chosen to remove clients with a goal, you will only see the In Campaign and All Time metrics.

Client Activity

You can also easily track an individual client's activity in an auto-campaign! You will be able to see whether the client entered as subscribed or unsubscribed to email, what messages they were sent and when, as well as what messages they were not sent due to not qualifying or being unsubscribed. You will also be able to see any auto-actions (tasks or tags) that have been generated for this client.

You can access this information by clicking on any of the Campaign Stats (In Campaign, All Time, or Met Goal.) From here, locate the client you'd like to look into and click See Activity to the far right of their name.

Auto-Messages Metrics

You will also be able to drill down into any of the auto-messages within your auto-campaign to learn about how clients are interacting. Easily see how many of your messages are scheduled to send, how many of already been sent, and how clients are interacting once they receive your message.
