How do I program a workout?

To program a new workout, head to Programing. Click the day you want the workout to take place and click "New Exercise Block".

Fill out the form to create the new exercise block.

  • Title: Name the exercise

  • Description: Enter the details for the workout, typically where you'd write out movements.

  • Movements: Select any movements from the database that are in your description.

  • Scoring: Set how the workout is scored if it is scored. To learn more about scoring options offered for Programming, click here

  • Coach Notes: Add any notes you only want Coaches to see

  • Member Notes: Add any notes you only want members to see

  • Video Link: Here is where you can add a link to a Youtube or Vimeo video demonstration

Once you have finished this workout, click Save.
