To program a new workout, head to Programing. Click the day you want the workout to take place and click "New Exercise Block".
Fill out the form to create the new exercise block.
Title: Name the exercise
Description: Enter the details for the workout, typically where you'd write out movements.
Movements: Select any movements from the database that are in your description.
Scoring: Set how the workout is scored if it is scored. To learn more about scoring options offered for Programming, click here
Coach Notes: Add any notes you only want Coaches to see
Member Notes: Add any notes you only want members to see
Video Link: Here is where you can add a link to a Youtube or Vimeo video demonstration
Once you have finished this workout, click Save.
