With the Programming feature, you have the ability to score workouts in a number of different ways.

You can score by:

  • AMRAP - Reps (As Many Reps As Possible)

    • The customer will complete as many reps as possible in a limited amount of time.

      • Example: The workout is as many reps of push-ups as possible, if you finish 100 push-ups then your score is 100 reps.

  • AMRAP - Rounds (As Many Rounds As Possible)

    • The customer will complete as many rounds as possible in a limited amount of time.

      • Example: The workout is as many rounds of 10 push-ups as possible, if you do 50 push-ups then your score is 5 rounds.

  • AMRAP - Rounds and Reps (As Many Rounds And Reps As Possible)

    • The customer will complete as many rounds and reps as possible in a limited amount of time.

      • Example: The workout is 10 reps per round, you can log your score as 4 rounds and 5 reps because you didn't hit 10 reps on the final round.

  • Calories

    • The customer will track the number of calories burned during the workout.

      • Example: Riding a stationary bike for 100 calories burned.

  • Completion

    • The workout is scored by if the customer completes it.

      • Example: A 2-mile run with no time limit could be scored by completion.

  • Points

    • The workout score is point-based which are assigned based on the customer's placement on the leaderboard. They decrease as they go lower on the leaderboard.

      • Example: If you place first in the workout, you get 10 points but if you place last then you only receive 1.

  • Time

    • The workout is scored by the amount of time it took to complete.

      • Example: Your score will be 7 minutes if you complete the workout in 7 minutes.

  • Weight

    • The customer will score this workout based on the amount of weight used.

      • Example: If the workout is a back squat, your score would be the amount of weight you added to the bar.

*Note: Customers can record their scores without being signed into a class.
