After applying your global Agreement terms, you can customize your Agreements for individual services.
Customization may include package contracts, product refunds, addendum service agreements, or general conditions. If you are looking to add general waivers, take a look at how to set up member forms.
You can add Agreements to an existing or new service.
To Modify an Existing Service:
Go to Services
Click Edit under the Service you'd like to add custom terms & conditions
Add Terms & Conditions
Click Save
If you haven't the service, follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Click Services
STEP 2: Click the type of service: package, memberships, product
STEP 3: Click + to add a new service
STEP 4: (if applicable) After entering information about the service, enable terms & conditions if it isn't enabled.
STEP 5: (if applicable) Check Require Digital Signature if not already checked if you would like to require a signature on the terms & conditions
STEP 6: Add in the text of your terms & conditions
STEP 7: Click to Save
