How do I set up my Terms & Conditions?

In Xplor Studio, terms and conditions are referred to as Agreements.

If you have terms & conditions you'd like to add to your services, products, membership plans, you can set them up by going to Settings > Member Area > Scroll down to Agreements > Enable Custom Agreements that members must accept.

STEP 1: Click Agreements.

STEP 2: Check / Uncheck the services where you would like to show the Agreements (your studio's Agreements).

STEP 3: Click Require Digital Signature if you would like the member to agree to the Terms & Conditions.

STEP 4: Enter in the text of the Agreement.

STEP 5: Click Save.

*Notes:

  • The Agreement written in the text field will apply to all services you have selected.

  • If you are using Agreement as a membership plan contract, we highly recommend using Require Digital Signature.
