  • Membership Name

  • Membership Rate

  • Discounts (if applicable)

  • # classes remaining

  • Next Bill Date

  • Expiration Date

  • Hold Dates

Payroll

  • Staff Rates & Permissions

  • Payroll Reporting

  • Payroll History

  • Staff Schedules

Appointments

  • Package Name

  • Package Rate

  • Package Billing Cycle
