(when all listed programs for the day are marked as ‘Workout’ only)

(when all listed programs for the day are Movements)

(when you want to enter the result of the ‘Tagged Movement’ of the workout/benchmark/movement blocks).
IMPORTANT NOTE
Performance recorded using the following buttons will be stored automatically in specific sections of your member profile:
1 - Logged Tagged Movement:
Stored in: 'Profile' > 'Movements'
Purpose: Records and displays your performance in individually tagged movements.
2- Log Benchmark & Log All Benchmark:
Stored in: 'Profile' > 'Benchmark'
Purpose: Captures your performance in benchmark exercises for reference and comparison over time.
