We've designed the user interface with your convenience in mind. Each button is labeled with specific terminology or labels to ensure a smooth and intuitive navigation experience. This guide will help you understand the meaning behind these labels, making your interactions with the system more efficient.

LOGGING ALL RESULTS FOR THE DAY

  • Use this button to comprehensively track your overall performance for the day.

  • Conveniently logs results across all activities,

  • Ideal for those who prefer a quick and inclusive daily summary.


1 - Log All Workout Results / Edit All Workout Results
(when all listed programs for the day are marked as ‘Workout’ only)

  • Excludes Benchmarks

  • Excludes Movements

2 - Log all Benchmark Results / Edit all Benchmark results
(when all listed programs for the day are marked as ‘Benchmark’ only)

3 - Log All Movement Results/Edit all Movement results
(when all listed programs for the day are Movements)

4 - Log All Results / Edit All Results
(when listed programs for the day are a combination of any of the 3 above (workout, tagged movement, and benchmark)


LOGGING RESULTS INDIVIDUALLY

  • Utilize this button to track performance for a specific item individually.

  • Allows you to focus on and record results for a single activity

  • Perfect button if you want to delve into the specifics of your training or activities

2 - Log Benchmark Result / Edit Benchmark Result

3 - Log Movement Result/Edit Movement Result



LOGGING RESULTS FOR TAGGED MOVEMENT

  • Tagged movements refer to performance on specific Movement.

  • Results recorded here appear in your 'Profile' > 'Movements'

  • Ideal to be used if you want to maintain a comprehensive record of your performance on selected movements/benchmark.

Log Tagged Movement Result / Edit Tagged Movement Result
(when you want to enter the result of the ‘Tagged Movement’ of the workout/benchmark/movement blocks).


IMPORTANT NOTE

Performance recorded using the following buttons will be stored automatically in specific sections of your member profile:


​1 - Logged Tagged Movement:

  • Stored in: 'Profile' > 'Movements'

  • Purpose: Records and displays your performance in individually tagged movements.


    ​2- Log Benchmark & Log All Benchmark:

  • Stored in: 'Profile' > 'Benchmark'

  • Purpose: Captures your performance in benchmark exercises for reference and comparison over time.
