Integrating ClassPass with Triib is a process that allows you to expand your reach and attract more members to your fitness classes. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of connecting the ClassPass with your Triib account.
How to activate the integration
Open settings in Xplor Triib: Log in to your Triib account and navigate to the settings section
Select the Integrations tab: In the settings, locate and click on the "Integrations" tab.
Scroll to the ClassPass integration option and select "Integrate": Find the ClassPass integration option in the list of available integrations and click the "Integrate" button.
Retrieve Partner ID and Location ID(s): After selecting "Integrate," your Partner ID and Location ID(s) will be displayed. Make note of these IDs as you will need them for the next steps.
NOTE: The location ID is derived from the 'Location' settings you've configured in your Triib account.
Submitting Integration IDs to ClassPass
Once you have enabled the ClassPass integration and have obtained your Partner ID and Location ID(s), you need to submit these IDs to ClassPass to complete the integration process. The procedure varies depending on whether you are an existing ClassPass partner or a new onboarding partner.
For Current ClassPass Partners:
Log on to your Partner Dashboard: Access your ClassPass Partner Dashboard.
Select Support and Contact Us: Within the dashboard, find the "Support" section and click on "Contact Us."
Fill out the form provided: You will find a contact form for assistance. Select the option that says "I need help with my third-party schedule integrator."
Provide as much detail as possible: To expedite the process, ensure you provide all necessary information, including your Partner ID and Location ID(s).
ClassPass Support Team Assistance: The ClassPass Support Team will assist you in completing the integration. They will guide you through any additional steps if necessary.
For Onboarding ClassPass Partners:
If you are in the process of onboarding as a ClassPass partner, follow these steps:
Provide Partner ID and Location ID/s: Ensure you have your Partner ID and Location ID(s) from Xplor Triib.
Use the provided form: You may have received a specific form in your onboarding emails. If so, fill out this form with your integration IDs.
Or, email your information: Alternatively, you can email your Partner ID and Location ID(s) to launch@classpass.com.
Onboarding Team Completion: The ClassPass Onboarding Team will complete your integration before your page goes live on ClassPass.
