In the world of business management, keeping track of how and when members check in can be essential for operational efficiency. The "Check-In" report provides valuable insights into the methods used by members to access gym or specific bookings. In this article, we'll delve into the "Check-In Method" section of the report, which includes four key identifiers.

The four key identifiers are as follows:

Open Gym Check-In

refers to the process of members checking in at the gym in general, rather than for a specific class or appointment. This category is further divided into two identifiers:

Identifier 1: Member Self Check-In

is a method used when members check themselves in at the gym using a kiosk. This self-service option allows members to access the gym without staff assistance.

Identifier 2: Checked-in By Staff

Class/Appointment Check-In

This specifically pertains to members checking in for a scheduled class or appointment. It doesn't matter how they were checked in; this identifier encompasses all methods (whether by staff, through kiosk, or by member themselves) as long as the member is checked in for a specific booking. This category is also divided into two identifiers:

Identifier 3: Checked-In Class

is used when a member checks in for a specific class booking. This indicates that the member has successfully accessed the class they signed up for.

Identifier 4: Checked-in Appointment

is used when a member checks in for a scheduled appointment. This identifier signifies that the member has arrived for their scheduled appointment.
