How to Navigate the Support Messenger

The Xplor Studio Support Messenger has a brand-new look. These changes will help you navigate and track your ongoing and past support conversations. The bottom navigation will consist of four tabs: Home, Messages, Help, and News.

The Home tab is your starting point. You can quickly submit your messages to the support team and access the knowledge base.

Can't remember what the support team recommended last week? If you ever need to double-check a response or are not sure if you asked a question, the Messages tab stores all previous conversations with the Studio team. Click on the conversation you wish to review and the entire message will display.

Sometimes it is easier to solve something on your own. Use the Help tab to search the Studio Knowledge Base. You can even submit your question to the support team and check out the Knowledge Base while you wait. When you receive a response, the Messages tab will let you know.

Finally, the News tab is where we'll be sharing product updates, Studio news, promotions and more. Be on the lookout for timely information to help you gain the most value from Studio features and services.
