On the system, you will be able to create nutrition goals for your member that they will be able to log their food for via our app.

To set a nutrition goal for a customer, head to Training > Nutrition Planner > Macro Planner > + Add Members to Macro Trainer. From there you will be able to add a member to the macro trainer so they can log food through their app based on the goals you will set for them.

Click Set Nutrition Goals which will bring up a window with some choices.

  • Calories Per Day: This field is where you will set the member's calories per day number.

  • Variance: This field is where you can set the variance percentage the member can be over or under.

  • Macros: This field is where you can determine if you want macros tracked by percentage or by grams.

  • Macros by: This field will change depending on how you are tracking macros. It will automatically break up the calorie count evenly but you can customize based on your member to track by grams or percentage.

    • With grams, you can put in the exact # of grams for Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat.

    • With percentage, you will be able to drag the % of Protein, Carbohydrates, and Fat.

Once you finish, you will be able to track their Marcros either by the Daily Chart or by Averages in the Macro Overview section.

Once the member has begun to log their food via their app, you will be able to see their Food Log as well.
