You will be able to import your Membership types into the system with ease using our Import Data tools!

To import your Packages, head to Settings > Import Data > Membership types.

Download this spreadsheet and put all of your Package information into the fields. Drag and drop the completed spreadsheet into the upload field before clicking Next.

You will need to map your membership columns to the membership properties if they weren't automatically done by the system. Each column header should be mapped to a membership property in the platform. Some of them will have already been mapped based on their names. Anything that hasn't been mapped can be manually mapped to a membership property with the dropdown menu. You can always create a new property or choose "Don't import column". Once finished, click Next.

The details screen will let you know if your memberships have been imported. If there are any errors, you will be shown why so you can fix them.
