To export a list of your subscribed contacts, first click here to create a list of unsubscribed contacts.

Then navigate to Contacts to create another Segment and select the condition: Contact is in Segment > Contact is NOT in a segment > select your Unsubscribed Contacts segment in the dropdown.

From your list of subscribed contacts, select Export Segment from the Options menu.
