Auto-Actions are internal-facing, task-management tools that allow you and your dedicated team to automatically generate to-dos and client tags. There are three different types of auto-actions:
Tasks
Phone Call Reminders

Tasks & Phone Call Reminders
Tasks and phone-call reminders allow you to easily and automatically assign to-dos to you and your team.
For example, let's say you have an auto-campaign designed to target clients when they are approaching their 100th visit. Your studio loves to celebrate these big milestones by putting a personal note on the client's reserved station ahead of class to congratulate them. You could include an auto-task in your 100th Visit auto-campaign to automatically assign a task to your staff to write up these personal notes each time a client is approaching this milestone.
To add an auto-task, scroll to the last section of your auto-campaign, Auto-Actions.
Click Add an auto-action > select Task.
Name your task > click Create.
Timing
You will first need to determine when you want the task to be created. Whenever adding an auto-action to an auto-campaign, you will be presented with three timing options - more on these here.
Content
You'll next need to determine the content of the task or phone call reminder. Name the task to clearly summarize the task at hand for your team. You can also include helpful information, or even scripts, in the Task Note section.
Assignment
Assigning the task or phone call reminder to a certain team member is optional, but it can be helpful to ensure your team stays efficient and organized.
You will be able to assign the task or phone call reminder to an individual team member or a certain user group of team members that you've created in the system.
Once you've set the timing, content, and optional assignment, click Save and Continue.
Set it Live
When you are ready to turn the auto-action on, go ahead and click the green Set Live button in the top-right.
*Note: If the Set Live button is greyed out, you likely need to re-save your timing or have missed a step in setup.
Every time a contact in this campaign qualifies to have this task created for them, a task will automatically generate on the team's calendar. If you have chosen to assign the task to a certain team member or user group, they will show as the assignee of this task on the calendar and will receive any relevant notifications.
Tags
Marketing Automation Tags are a great way to identify and categorize contacts. They can be especially helpful when trying to group a specific segment of contacts based on data that isn't being captured in Marketing Automation and/or your booking software.
You will always have the option to manually assign contacts certain tags, but setting up a tag auto-action in an auto-campaign will allow you to automatically tag clients in the campaign.
For example, let's say you have an auto-campaign designed to target new leads. Your studio wants to keep track of these clients using a tag. To accomplish this, you could easily include an auto-tag in your New Lead auto-campaign to automatically assign a tag to these clients when they enter the campaign as a new lead.
To add an auto-task, scroll to the last section of your auto-campaign, Auto-Actions.
Click Add an auto-action > select Tag.
Name your tag > click Create.
Timing
You will first need to determine when you want the tag to be created. Whenever adding an auto-action to an auto-campaign, you will be presented with three timing options - more on these here.
Tag
Next, you'll need to select whether you want to Add or Remove a tag. Once you make your selection, select the tag you'd like to add or remove from the dropdown > click Save.
Set it Live
When you are ready to turn the auto-tag on, go ahead and click the green Set Live button in the top-right.

β*Note: if the Set Live button is greyed out, you likely need to re-save your timing or have missed a step in setup.
Now, any time someone enters your New Lead campaign, they will be assigned this New Lead tag.
