We strongly suggest trying a quick search of our Knowledge Base for the answer to your question. Type in a search term or keyword into the provided field and once you click Enter, a list of search results will appear to drive faster self service! This resource is open 24/7!
Chat with Support
Using the orange widget located on the bottom right-hand corner of your Studio account, or the knowledge base, select 'Send us a Message' and continue with selecting the choosing what you need help with so we can best assist!
If a live agent is available, they will take your chat and continue with your conversation.
Please note, that this is not always a live chat. In the case of not being able to get to your request immediately, we will get to it as soon as we can and continue in e-mail if needed!
Once the team responds, your widget will update with their message, as well as send you an email so you can choose how to respond!
