Xplor Triib Upgrade FAQs

Before you begin your upgrade, we wanted to provide some clarity on five areas you can expect during this process:

1. How long does it take to upgrade?

  • Demo Upgrade Process – You should set aside approximately 30 minutes to setup your new Xplor Triib account and migrate your data. Our self-guided tool will take you step by step through everything.

  • Final Upgrade Process: It is self-paced, so you will be able to play around on the new version of Xplor Triib before fully switching. Once you feel comfortable with your account, you’ll be ready to fully upgrade using our self-guided tool. We find clients are ready to fully switch within 3-4 weeks of creating their account.

  • Access to Triib data: You will have access to your Triib data for an additional 30 days once you complete the full upgrade and all data has been moved to Xplor Triib.

2. What should you expect?

  • New Layout – This will take a little time to get used to, we recommend users spend 30 - 60 minutes reviewing each tab and recognizing where certain things are stored and maintained. We’ll guide you along the way with our product tours!

  • New Features – You can expect a more streamlined product and improved functionality compared to the current Triib platform. We’ll highlight each feature as you move through the upgrade process, and our robust help center is here to assist you and your staff with any product questions.

  • New Portal for Your Customers – You’ll want to think about all of the touchpoints with your clients, including your website, mobile app, and social media presence, as you’ll have a new client account to link to and integrate. We’ll provide a checklist to ensure nothing is missed!

3. Support

  • Product tours – In your new account, we’ll point out the key features to utilize via our product tours.

  • Pre Launch Checklist – Here you'll find recommendations on how to clean your data before switching to your new account.

  • Support team - We have a dedicated Account Manager and Onboarding team ready to help you during the transition.

  • Have any questions? - Use our in-product chat to contact Support. The Xplor Triib Support team is available 8am – 6am EST on weekdays and 8am – 1am EST on weekends.

4. Pricing

  • When you complete your upgrade, you will automatically be enrolled in our starter bundle and continue to pay your current Triib price for the first 6 months. You will also have access to our training pack, a value of $50 per month, for the first 3 months at no additional cost.

  • After 6 months on the platform, you will have the option to select either our Starter bundle ($149), or upgrade to our Grow ($249) or Expand ($349) bundles which include additional integrations and features.

  • Your Xplor Triib payment processing rates will remain the same as Triib
