What do member statuses mean?

Studio has four statuses applicable to members as explained below.

  • Prospect: members are given the Prospect status when they first sign up for Studio

  • Active: when a prospect buys a membership or package, then the status is moved to Active status

  • Inactive - if a member's package or membership has ended then they are moved to the Inactive status

    • inactive members are those that previously had a package or membership but didn't buy another after the service they bought expired. This could make them possible churn risks so monitor this status closely.

  • Archived - Archived status members is the status a coach can manually move a member to if they have left the gym
