After a member has completed a workout in the gym, they can to log their results in the Triib app. There are two ways in which a member can log their workouts:
Logging a daily/gym workout from the Whiteboard
Logging a personal result
To add your own personal records, open your app and click on the "My Profile" tab and then choose "Movements". Members can record a new movement or add a new result to a movement they have previously recorded.
To record a result from the Whiteboard, open the exercise block and click "log results" to enter your performance. Enter your results based on the scoring method enabled for the exercise block.
The following screen shows the leaderboard rankings (if enabled). Members will also see if they hit a new PR (personal record) if they have at least 1 prior score for the same movement or benchmark workout.
