When a client's package is about to expire, do they receive an email letting them know?

In Studio, you will have the option to have customers and coaches informed when a package is about to expire.

To turn on the notification head to Settings > Notifications > Service Notifications.

Enable the "Email the member directly when their Package is # before its expiry date" setting then specify how many days before and save.
