The Chat feature in Studio is a great way to quickly send one-off chats to your coach (similar to a text). If you have a question about a workout, additional mobility work you requested, or for any other reason you can use the chat function to reach out.
Clients can view their Chat messages from the browser or app. Below we will show you both ways to view your Chat messages.
Viewing my chats from a Browser
Log into your account via the browser (we recommend Chrome). On the lefthand sidebar, select "Chat".
If you currently have a chat notification, there will be an alert attached to the chat button.
Once you select "Chat" the Chat message box will appear. You can then begin sending a message to your coach.
Viewing my chats from your phone
Log into your account via the app on either Apple or Android.
When you log into the app, you will log into the Main Dashboard. Look at the Right top of your screen for the chat icon.
If you currently have a chat notification, there will be an alert attached to the chat button.
Tap the "Chat Icon" to reply to your coach before hitting send.
*Notes:
If you want to receive push notifications on your phone, make sure to enable that feature within your Phone Settings.
Chat Messages cannot be deleted
Only the coach assigned to a client can message that client.
