During white glove onboarding, we setup your initial account and we migrate your member information, packages, class information, and some historical data for you.

Note: There is a $500 USD fee for this service.

First, fill out this form to get things started. You will be billed once you've completed the form and we've begun the process.

The form will ask you all the basic questions to get your account set up. Once the form has been filled out, you will receive a message from your Onboarding Specialist who is assigned to your account.

From there, the Onboarding Specialist will schedule a call to review your day to day operations, discuss the software, and ask you to select a launch date. They will also request a copy of your data.

In the days leading up to your launch, your Onboarding Specialist will upload the final data you provide to us. They will schedule a 1:1 call with you as well to review your account.
