How do I add a member to a Class or Appointment from the Roster?

To add a Member to a Class or Appointment, follow the steps below.

  • Click Add to Class or Add to Appointment

  • Then choose New Member or look up an existing member

  • Choose if they would like to use the existing Plan/Package, pay for the individual class/appointment or if it is a free class/appointment.

  • If Member is ready to check into class, check them and click complete.

  • If the member is paying for the individual class or appointment then you'll select the payment method.

    โ€‹*Note: You can also choose a pay later option which will generate an unpaid invoice.
