How do I Integrate with FaciliKey/HybridAF?

FaciliKey/HybridAF is a versatile platform that provides digital access and security solutions for your small business. Say goodbye to pesky keys and universal passcodes and say hello to unlocking doors through the mobile app on your phone.

The FaciliKey application gives business owners peace of mind through the ability to control access. FaciliKey is integrated with Xplor Studio for an easy-to-use experience that allows owners to increase revenue by offering unattended access to their facility.

FaciliKey Integration Process:

NOTE: (Steps 2-4 will be completed by FaciliKey & Xplor Studio)

Step 1: Contact FaciliKey to sign up

Step 2: FaciliKey will reach out to Xplor Studio to connect through an API.

Step 3: Xplor Studio will provide FaciliKey with an API key for your site. We will provide this within 24 hours of the request.

Step 4: FaciliKey will connect your site within 24 hours once they receive the API key.

Step 5: Add the 'FaciliKey' Group toXplor STudio

  • Login to Xplor Studio

  • Click Members

  • At the right top of the Member List, Click 'Manage Groups'.

  • Add 'FaciliKey' as a Group.

To add Member access:

Simply add the "FaciliKey" Group to the Member as follows:

  • Login to Xplor Studio

  • Select 'Members'

  • In the Member list, next to each member the 'Group' field is displayed. Click the field and select "FaciliKey" (alternatively you can add the group from within the Member's profile).

  • Wait approximately 15 minutes, then in the FaciliKey app under 'My Members' the member will show as active.

  • The member will receive a welcome email to download the app or the account activated app if they were already in the system but, not active anymore.

To remove Member access:

  • Simply remove the "FaciliKey" group from the Member, or set their membership to be no longer Active (i.e canceled, paused).

  • Wait approximately 15 minutes, then in the FaciliKey app under 'My Members' they will show under the inactive filter.

*Note: If your coaches do not have an active membership they will be disabled because it shows them as such. Please either add with a membership or let support@facilikey.com know that you want their email address ignored by the interface.
