If you would like to require vaccination verification through Xplor Studio, this tutorial will walk through how to complete a vaccine verification through the Admin Site. Members can update their vaccination status through the member online portal as well.
Step 1: Enable Verification by going to Settings > Other > Covid 19 vaccine Verification
Step 2: Upload Documents: Staff can upload the document through the member profile in the admin site or a Member can upload it through the online member portal.
Admin Site:
Go to Members > Find the Member > Click on Member Name to navigate to their profile
Click on Vaccine Verification
Optional: Have member send the vaccination certification
Optional: Click Upload Vaccination Certificate & Add in the file
Click member is "Vaccine Verified"
*Note: if you are in an area where the vaccination record is digital and you are not recorded to maintain a copy of it, then you can simply click Vaccine Verified
The member is now Vaccine Verified & will display a green badge with a checkmark.
