To simplify your check-in process, you'll want to enable the kiosk function. Studio kiosk is available to use on an iPad, iPhone or Android phone, or tablet.
Step 1: Enable the Kiosk Settings by navigating to Settings > Member Area > Kiosk
Step 2: Toggle Activate Kiosk to On
Step 3: Choose your Settings:
- Class Check-In: Checking into a Class
- Onsite Check-In: QR Code Check-In or Check-In by member name search
Step 4: Set Up the Kiosk on a tablet or phone by downloading the Xplor Studio (or your branded app) on your tablet or phone.
Step 5: Log in to the App
Step 6: Click profile icon top right > "Switch to Kiosk mode" at the button
Please note - if you turn on "Account Sign-up" in the Kiosk and have an Agreement under Member Area with Require Digital Signature toggled on, then any member who signs up via the Kiosk is prompted with the Agreement. and must sign it.
