Member statuses are a way to categorize members and know how many active, prospective, inactive, archived members you have in your Xplor Studio account. This article will explain what each status means.
Active: Member with a current Package / Membership
Inactive: Member that has an expired Package / Membership
Prospect: Member will no Package/ Membership
Archived: Old member whose profile has been archived and is unsearchable
How it Works:
Upon adding a new member, they will default to Prospect.
Once a member purchases a package or membership they are automatically moved to active status.
Once a plan or package expires or cancels the member automatically become inactive.
Archived members must be manually archived and cannot be archived if they have an active plan or package on file.
NOTES:
Archived Members: Are unable to log in and their name is hidden from member dropdowns.
Inactive Members: Are able to log in and purchase plans & packages. They just are not considered a current active member as their plan or package has expired.
