Xplor Studio requires a 30-day cancellation policy for all Subscription Plans. You are responsible for all associated renewal fees relating to your account until you elect to cancel your subscription through your online admin account.
We require a 30-day cancellation notice from the time you cancel your subscription. If you are between billing cycles, your last bill will be prorated.
Annual Commitments:
If you are on an annual commitment, you are responsible for all associated monthly fees relating to your account until the end of the commitment term and at which time, we require a 30-day cancellation notice from the time you cancel your subscription in your account.
Please note: (a) you must initiate the cancellation process through your account, and (b) you must complete such cancellation through your platform account.
