To provide your members with discounts for purchasing your Services (packages, memberships, or retail products), you will need to create a percentage-based discount code.
Creating a discount/promo code for a service
Go to Services > Discounts
Click + to create a new discount
Name discount, create discount code, input discount %
Select the Packages, Memberships, and Retail Products that the code will apply to
Toggle on "Limit discount code to only # use(s) (per member)" if you are limiting the code usage per customer
Toggle on "Set start/end date" if the discount code is date specific
Toggle "Active" to make the code useable by customers
Click Save
*Note: Discount Codes are not case sensitive.
