Business expenses such as gym rental, travel, equipment, utilities, etc, can be tracked in Xplor Studio to help makes things easier for you. By entering in your expenses in Xplor Studio, when you run a profit report, those expenses will be included as a part of the calculation.
You can set up recurring expenses or one-off expenses.
STEP 1: Go to Finances > Expenses
STEP 2: Click + to Add New Expense
STEP 3: Enter Information for expense, if recurring click Repeat
STEP 4: Save
To Add an Expense Category:
Click Manage Expense Categories
Click + to add a new category
Enter the name of the category
