Staff can 'Check In' members from their smartphone or tablet device using the Xplor Studio App.

Pull up your list of members booked in for the class and mark their attendance with a simple thumbs-up or thumbs-down button next to their name. This way when it comes to reconciling, later on, most of the work is already done for you without having to remember who attended.

From any upcoming or past Class bookings, tap on the event to bring up the 'Check in' button and then simply give each client a thumbs-up or a thumbs-down.

Later on, when you reconcile the class, the members will already be marked as either 'Attended' or 'Missed'.
