How do I create a Workout Program?

Workout programs are a collection of workout plans that can be assigned to members at any point in time. Follow these steps:

Go to Workout Program > select the "+" button:

From here you can add in workouts, rest days, and add additional weeks of programming.

Once you click "Save" you will be able to assign the program to a member:
