On the Starter plan for Xplor Studio, we will need a 30-day cancellation notice. If you are signed up for the Grow package, you are on a year commitment and can cancel after that time.

To cancel your account, please log in to your admin portal and go to Plans & Billing and click "Cancel Account" in the top right corner.

If you change your mind, you can reactivate your account at any time.
