To remove a member, you will first need to archive them. Only 'Archived' members can be permanently deleted.
It is not recommended to permanently delete members, as it'll also remove their history from Studio. Instead, we recommend you simply move old members to the archived status, so you still keep all their history and can be restored back to active if ever required.
If you need to remove a customer, follow this process:
Step 1: To delete a member, go to the Members tab. Check the box next to the member name(s) you would like to delete. When you do this an Actions box will appear up the top bar. Select this, and if the member hasn't previously been archived, then move them using Move to Archived
Note: When you mark a member as Archived, all scheduled payments and future bookings will be canceled. This action is irreversible. You will be prompted:
Step 2: Now that the member is in an Archived status, select the Actions dropdown box again and this time chose Permanently remove.
Step 3: Confirm one last time that you would like to delete the member and all corresponding data.
You can also modify the member's status directly from the individual member's profile, by first moving them to Archived, then using the trash/delete icon to remove them.
