You can set up automatic notifications to alert you via email when a member hasn't booked for a period of time that you determine. This is a great way to re-engage with the member and help them get back into the studio.
To activate this notification, Go to Settings > Notifications > Other Notifications
Set this to the number of days you prefer, choose which coach(es) you'd like the notification to go to, then save your settings and you're set.
