How do I set staff availability?

To set availability for clients to book appointments with staff, follow these steps.

Recurring Schedule Availability:

Step One: Go to Settings > Staff > Roster

  • Toggle the roster to "on" for the desired staff members:

Step Two: Once enabled, you can select the staff member's availability for each day of the week!

Click the "edit" icon on the desired day, and then you can drag to resize the time slots. To add an additional time slot, simply click the time on the calendar.

Now that each staff members' availability is set, you will receive warnings when trying to book a class or appointment outside of their set availability.

Members who are trying to book online will only be able to book within the availability windows set by the staff unless this is overridden in the Member Settings.

How to Override Default Availability:

If a staff member needs to override their default availability, they can navigate to the schedule > select date/time > Personal > Select "Unavailable" or "Available"

This will override the default availability set under the roster.
