How do I book an appointment for Staff/Admin?

If you're a staff member or admin looking to book an appointment for a client, first you will want to set up Appointment Templates. Once Appointment Templates are created, you are ready to start building out your schedule.

Step 1: Go to the Schedule tab & select the slot on the calendar that you would like to book the appointment. Alternatively, you can click the purple "+" in the top right of the calendar.

Step 2: Select Appointment & then select the appropriate Class Template from the "Service" dropdown menu. This will auto-populate some of the remaining fields.

Step 3: Assign a coach for this appointment using the drop-down.

Step 4: (Optional) If this is a recurring appointment, select "Repeat" at the bottom of the screen. From here you can select the days of the week this class occurs, how frequently it occurs, and add an end date (optional).

Step 5: Click Next, add customers to add customers. Under the "Members" field, search for the client for who you are booking the appointment.

  • If this is for a new client, select the Add New Customer button.

    Step 6: Click save and it will now appear on the schedule.

    Note: Need to make an edit? You can either drag & drop a session to change the day or time. For recurring changes, click into the session to edit.
